Maine Dental Boutique caters to clients with busy lifestyles who value prompt, efficient service and short-notice booking options.
Your Initial Cleaning and Routine Visits will only be scheduled with the Dental Hygienist. If you need to see the Dentist, then this service will be scheduled after your initial/routine visit. By doing this, we are able to see our patients in a timelier manner than trying to schedule and coordinate you with the Doctor and Hygienist in one appointment time. Also, there is no waiting for a Dental Exam after your cleaning. Your exam for tooth decay, gum disease, & oral cancer will be done at your dental cleaning visits. Our patients appreciate our spa-like atmosphere and enjoy getting in and out in a timely manner.

Kimberly Fichthorn, IPDH
Kim opened the Maine Dental Boutique in Winthrop in 2018. She has over 30 years of experience in the Dental Field. She has worked as a Dental Hygienist in many settings, both in general and periodontal
offices. She specializes in deep cleanings, root planing, & continued periodontal maintenance.
She has been trained by some amazing Periodontists. She shares a passion in educating and treating periodontal patients. Besides working in Perio, she has experience providing routine dental cleanings for kids and adults. She takes the time to educate patients about their oral health. Her practice has all the modern equipment to include digital x-rays, intra-oral cameras, and ultra-sonic dental equipment.
Dr. Brittney Bell, DMD
Dr. Brittney Bell is a Maine native who knew she wanted to be a dentist since her first visit at four years old. She attended Poland Regional High School, where she graduated as Salutatorian in 2009, then completed her undergraduate studies in 2013 at Colby College in Waterville, majoring in biology. She was a fierce track-and-field athlete, competing at the national level and earning runner-up at the NCAA national championship in the 4x400m relay. After working two years at local dental offices, she matriculated into the third graduating class at the University of New England College of Dental Medicine in Portland. Dr. Bell graduated top of her class and was unanimously awarded by her faculty the Academic Achievement Award and graduated with Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honors in 2019. Dr. Bell is a member of the Maine Dental Association and American Dental Association. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, traveling, playing games, and binge watching her favorite shows.
Dr. Chad Phillips, dds
Dr. Chad Phillips is originally from Scottsdale, Arizona and grew up in Wichita, Kansas. Dr. Phillips attended Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas to earn his B.S. in Biology and participate on the men’s golf team. During this time, he studied abroad for a semester in London, England. Dr. Phillips then went on to attend the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Dentistry. After dental school, he relocated to Maine to be with his partner, Amy, who currently attends medical school at the University of New England. Dr. Phillips’ main passion outside of dentistry is photography, but he also enjoys traveling, hiking, golf, watching sports, and trying new restaurants. He is excited to be a part of the team at Maine Dental Boutique and serve the local community of Winthrop.
Dr. Hena Patel, dmd
Dr. Hena Patel is a Florida native, graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional Science. She then went on to the University of New England’s College of Dental Medicine where she obtained her Doctorate of Dental Medicine. During dental school, she was part of a scholarship program that focused on rural healthcare in the state of Maine. Dr. Patel is currently on the Board of Directors for the Maine Dental Association, representing Central Maine. She is a member of her local study clubs, the American Dental Association, and the Androscoggin Dental Society. Public health is a large part of what makes Dr. Patel passionate about dentistry. She volunteers as a dental provider at the Oasis Free Dental Clinics in Brunswick whenever possible. Dr. Patel enjoys practicing dentistry because of the relationship she can build with her patients and change the way they think about dentistry, while improving their oral health. She provides patient centered and empathetic care, and truly enjoys helping patients overcome dental anxiety.
In her free time, Dr. Patel is a complete foodie and loves to try new foods and cook new recipes. She also enjoys being outdoors and exploring new places, which is why she chose to settle in this gorgeous state.
Lindsey Streams, IPDH
Lindsey joined our practice in 2021, she is here to assist in getting all our patients up to date on their recare visits. Lindsey is a Registered Dental Hygienist from Winthrop with over 6 years of experience. She enjoys camping with her husband and baby girl.
She can't wait to meet you and help in improving your oral health. Lindsey will make your dental visit easy and stress-free.

Pasha, RDA
Pasha joined our practice in 2019. She has been in the dental field for over 30 years. She has worked in many dental settings and brings a wealth of knowledge to our practice. She has a calming personality and will assist patients with top notch care.
Johnnie, Office Manager
Johnnie joined our practice in 2021. She retired as a Registered Nurse after working in the field for over 40 years and was eager to try the dental field. She has lived in some exciting areas to include Germany, Italy, and Hawaii. Johnnie can help with your insurance questions and scheduling.
